Job Description

Drive sales across the assigned circle by managing the end to end lifecycle of the sales transaction from receipt of a Service Requisition (SR) to the Ready for Integration by Billing (RFIB) stage, in alignment with the Master Sales Agreement and Process Review Document.

Liase with internal stakeholders across operations, finance, etc. to ensure that the customer concerns (if any) are addressed within pre-defined SLAs.

Monitor the status of payment collections against billed receivables for all accounts within the assigned region. Track the status of all pending payments and the ageing of all receivables on an ongoing basis. Carry out periodic reviews to identify reasons for pending payments. Determine corrective action to recover money from the client.

Review the tenancy ratio for sites within the circle and drive improvements in radio frequency mapping for analyzing the colo potential of new / existing sites.

Salary: INR 12,00,000 - 18,00,000 P.A.
