Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow components such as Service Catalog, Change
Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, Asset Management, CMDB,

Configuring, administering and scripting the ServiceNow ITSM tool.
Working closely with our customers to provide solutions and develop the software to fit those
Configuration/customization of the ServiceNow system, including creating workflows.
Building service requests from customer requirements including requests, request items and
tasks using workflows to manage data flows from the customer to the support teams providing
Solid Development/Administrator background.
Technical integration experience with SOAP or REST standards are preferred.
Implementations of ServiceNow Workflow Design.
Ability to recognize potential and actual issues, needs and opportunities for improvement in the
implementation of ITSM technologies and service management practices.
Managing Data Feeds and Loading data in ServiceNow
Working on user management/ groups/ roles
Managing TASK SLAs in regard to scrubbing breach/reassignment of breached cases.
Must have experience working on Data Sources
Basic Understanding of Web Services
Understanding of working on LDAP/SSO Server configuration
Should have knowledge and hands on experience of basic admin concepts like Field Watcher,
Content Management System, Email Notifications (Priority/ Weight concept),
Experience working on ServiceNow Instance/s management (Like Manage Upgrades, Activate
Experience working on setting up of ServiceNow reports.
Experience working on ServiceNow Releases.
Basic understanding of implementing (IPC) process, Project Management modules, RIDAC etc.
Should have knowledge on basic client scripting.
Knowledge on CMDB and Discovery modules
Experience working in customization and maintenance of Incident, Problem and Change (IPC)
Experience working in maintenance of workflows.
Work directly with onsite team, take requirements, do the solutioning and deliver end to end
Should have strong debugging skills to identify the issues.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
BE/BTech, BCA, MCA (Graduate/Post Graduate) with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
Preferably from a services organization background with prior experience in Onsite-Offshore
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail oriented, able to multitask and meet deadlines
Self-motivated, able to work in a team and independently
Strong organizational skills, ability to accomplish multiple tasks within the agreed timelines.
